US shipping goes to the 50 states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Not every product ships to every country. Availability depends on the product, and checkout only shows the items that can ship to your address. If a product can't ship to you, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Multiple packages
Items in your order may ship separately so they reach you as quickly as possible. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry if one arrives before the others.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear. Some international tracking only updates once the package reaches your country.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, holidays, weather and carrier delays can make some orders take longer.
Duties and taxes (outside the US)
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. You pay these, and they aren't included in our prices or shipping costs. If you refuse a package because of these charges, we can't refund it.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
See our Refund Policy for what to do if a package is lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item.
